HONG KONG, Oct. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AGM Group Holdings Inc. (“AGM Holdings” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AGMH), an integrated technology company specializing in the assembling and sales of high-performance hardware and computing equipment, today announced that it received a letter from the Nasdaq advising that the Company has maintained compliance with the Listing Rules through September 29, 2025, as required by the June 3, 2025 decision issued by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”). Accordingly, the Panel has determined to allow the Company to maintain its listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
