F-Secure Oyj, Pörssitiedote, 19.5.2020 klo 18.00Muutos F-Secure Oyj:n omien osakkeiden määrässäF-Secure Oyj:n yhtiökokous 12.5.2020 päätti, että yhtiön hallituksen jäsenten palkkioista noin 40 prosenttia maksetaan yhtiön osakkeina. Tämän pohjalta F-Secure Oyj on 19.5.2020 luovuttanut vastikkeetta 42 106 yhtiön hallussa ollutta omaa osaketta yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille.Osakkeiden siirron jälkeen F-Secure Oyj:llä on hallussaan 635 760 kappaletta yhtiön omia osakkeita.Lisätietoja:Eriikka Söderström, Talousjohtaja, F-Secure Oyj
