Cargotec täydentää 6.2.2020 lähetetyn yhtiökokouskutsun kohtia “6. Vuoden 2019 tilinpäätöksen, toimintakertomuksen ja tilintarkastuskertomuksen esittäminen” sekä “Ohjeita kokoukseen osallistuville”.
Täydennys kohtaan 6: toimitusjohtajan katsauksen pitää yhtiön johdon edustaja. Cargotecin toimitusjohtaja Mika Vehviläinen on koronavirusepidemian johdosta varotoimenpiteenä karanteenissa. Tartuntariskin pienentämiseksi ja viranomaisten suosituksen mukaisesti yhtiön edustajien määrä yhtiökokouksessa on rajattu minimiin.Myös Cargotecin hallituksen puheenjohtaja Ilkka Herlin on vilustumisoireiden vuoksi estyneenä. Hallitusta yhtiökokouksessa edustaa hallituksen varapuheenjohtaja Tapio Hakakari.Täydennys kohtaan Ohjeita kokoukseen osallistuville: Koronavirusepidemian vuoksi ja tartuntariskin pienentämiseksi turvallisin tapa seurata yhtiökokousta on seurata sitä videon välityksellä. Yhtiökokoukseen määräaikaan mennessä ilmoittautuneet voivat tilata henkilökohtaisen linkin 16.3.2020 klo 16.00 mennessä. Linkki tilauslomakkeeseen on osoitteessa www.cargotec.fi/yhtiokokous. Tilaaminen vaatii tunnistautumisen henkilökohtaisilla pankkitunnuksilla tai mobiilivarmenteella. Hallintarekisteröityjen osakkeiden omistajat eivät voi tilata videolinkkiä. Videolähetyksen kautta ei voi esittää puheenvuoroja eikä äänestää. Tartuntavaaran takia itse tilaisuudessa ei ole tarjoilua.Jos osakkeenomistaja sairastaa ylähengitystieoireita tai on juuri palannut matkoilta, toivomme että hän ei osallistuisi kokoukseen.Lisätietoja:
