MT Højgaard Holding A/S’ forretningsenhed Enemærke & Petersen har modtaget endelig godkendelse fra konkurrencemyndighederne af købet af den landsdækkende entreprenør- og tømrervirksomhed Raunstrup. Alle øvrige betingelser for gennemførelse af købet er ligeledes opfyldt, og overtagelsen er gennemført med effekt fra den 1. marts 2021.Købet er gennemført til en pris på 73 mio. kr. (enterprise value) som beskrevet i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 9/2021 fra 12. februar 2021.Købet giver ikke anledning til at ændre MT Højgaard Holdings offentliggjorte forventninger for 2021 om en omsætning i niveauet 6,8 mia. kr. og et driftsresultat før særlige poster og PPA-afskrivninger i niveauet 160 mio. kr.Yderligere oplysninger:
