Mowi ASA vil avholde ekstraordinær generalforsamling 19. november 2024. Vedlagt er innkalling til generalforsamlingen, inkludert innstilling fra valgkomiteen.

Valgkomiteen har blitt informert om at styreleder Ole-Eirik Lerøy ønsker å fratre etter femten år i selskapets styret. Valgkomiteens innstilling til ekstraordinær generalforsamling er at Ørjan Svanevik velges som ny styreleder i Mowi ASA til erstatning for Ole-Eirik Lerøy.

Valgkomiteen ønsker å takke Ole-Eirik Lerøy for hans mangeårige innsats som styreleder og for hans betydelige bidrag til Mowi.
