GLENVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (TrustCo, Nasdaq: TRST) on November 16, 2021 declared an increase in the quarterly cash dividend of 2.8% to $0.35 per share, or $1.40 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2021.
