Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. Announces Declaration of its Quarterly Cash Dividend

SALEM, Ind., Oct. 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. (“Company”) (Nasdaq:MSVB), the holding company for Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB (“Bank”), announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock.  The cash dividend will be payable on December 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2019.
