Merks Duntes Zīles korteriarendusprojekti ehitusega alustamine (Riia, Läti)

ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks on alustanud Riias asuva Merks Duntes Zīles korteriarendusprojekti ehitust. Projekt hõlmab aadressil Pededzese tn 3 asuvaid 4-korruselist ja 5-korruselist hoonet kokku 84 korteriga, mis valmivad 2022. aasta esimeses pooles. 

Merks Duntes Zīles (merksduntesziles.lv) B energiaklassiga majade korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 40–95 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetrihinnad vahemikku 1740–2049 eurot.

Korteriarendusprojekt asub Skanste linnaosa kõrval, ühendades vaikse rahuliku keskkonna Riia elava keskuse lähedusega. Mõlemal hoonel on lift ning panipaigad ühiseks ja isiklikuks kasutamiseks, ühel hoonel on ka lounge’i ala. Parkimiskohad asuvad nii maa-alustel korrustel kui õues. Hooneid ümbritsev aed tagab privaatsuse ja lisab turvalisust hoovis asuvatele kahele mänguväljakule, piknikualale ja jalgrataste hoiuruumile.

SIA Merks (merks.lv) on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning kuulub Läti juhtivate elukondliku kinnisvara arendajate sekka, olles rajanud Lätti kokku enam kui 1500 korterit.
