MCH Group AG: Aktionärsgruppe verlangt ausserordentliche GeneralversammlungEine Aktionärsgruppe, die durch die AMG Fondsverwaltung AG vertreten wird, hat bei der MCH Group AG das Begehren auf Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung gestellt. Die Gruppe beantragt die Traktandierung folgender Verhandlungsgegenstände: Einleitung einer Sonderprüfung zur Strategie; Offenlegung von Geschäftsbüchern; Änderung der Statuten.Aktionäre, die zusammen mindestens 10% des Aktienkapitals vertreten, können die Einberufung einer Generalversammlung verlangen. Zudem können Aktionäre, die Aktien im Nennwert von mindestens CHF 1 Mio. vertreten, die Traktandierung von Verhandlungsgegenständen beantragen. Die durch die AMG vertretende Gruppe erfüllt diese Voraussetzungen.Der Verwaltungsrat der MCH Group prüft nun die Begehren und wird noch vor Weihnachten über das weitere Vorgehen informieren.
