Meddelelse om ombytningsforhold for fusion af afdeling Value Aktier i Investeringsforeningen MS Invest og afdeling Value Aktier KL i Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest

I forlængelse af meddelelser af den 28. oktober 2021, 11. og 17. marts samt 27. april og 22. juni 2022 kan det oplyses, at det faktiske ombytningsforhold for fusionerne mellem

– Value Aktier (ISIN DK0060120863) (”Ophørende Afdeling”) i Investeringsforeningen MS Invest og afdeling Value Aktier KL, andelsklassen Value Aktier KL A (ISIN: DK0010079631) i Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest, med sidstnævnte som den fortsættende enhed

nu er beregnet og revideret. Ombytningsforholdet, samt de indre værdier, der er lagt til grund herfor, fremgår af tabellen nedenfor.

Ombytningen til andele i den Fortsættende andelsklasse, som investorerne i den Ophørende afdeling vil kunne se i deres depoter den 29. juni 2022, finder sted ved en Corporate Action i Euronext Securities. Eventuelle overskydende andele i den ophørende afdeling, der ikke kan ombyttes til hele andele i den Fortsættende andelsklasse, udbetales kontant til medlemmerne, ligeledes via Euronext Securities, der tillige udsender nota vedrørende ombytningen og ombytningsforholdet til alle medlemmer i den Ophørende afdeling.
