Meddelelse nr. 5 2020/21                                                                                                                       Opjustering af forventningerne til basisindtjeningen for 2020/21.I årsrapport af den 16. december 2020 for regnskabsåret 2019/20 blev det oplyst.:”For det kommende regnskabsår forventes på indeværende tidspunkt en basisindtjening i niveauet
kr. 37 mio.”På baggrund af en foreløbig gennemgang af udkast til delårsrapport for perioden 1. oktober – 31. december 2020 justeres den forventede basisindtjening for regnskabsåret 2020/21 til niveauet kr. 41 mio. mod en tidligere forventet basisindtjening i niveauet kr. 37 mio. Den højere basisindtjening skyldes primært forøgede finansieringsindtægter og et bedre forløb for nettotab/gevinst på pantebreve end forventet.Delårets basisindtjening og resultat vil fremgå af delårsrapporten pr. 31. december 2020, der forventes offentliggjort den 24. februar 2021.Henvendelse vedrørende nærværende meddelelse kan rettes til undertegnede.Med venlig hilsen
