Herved meddeles, at der gennemføres en konvertering af realkreditlån til almene boliger med støtte fra staten eller Landsbyggefonden.
Konverteringen omfatter fastforrentede nominallån og gennemføres ved udsendelse af påbud til de berørte almene boligorganisationer.Konverteringen har et samlet volumen på ca. 0,4 mia. kr. og fordeler sig på følgende kuponrenter:
Ved konverteringen omlægges lånene til statsgaranterede rentetilpasningslån udstedt i det 10-årige løbetidssegment. Der forudsættes ingen ændringer i det enkelte låns restløbetid.Med venlig hilsen
