MAX Power Director Thomas Clarke Resigns

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) (“MAX Power” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Thomas Clarke, P.Geo., PrSciNat, has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective immediately.
