MARTEN TRANSPORT DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
MONDOVI, Wis., Nov. 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Marten Transport, Ltd. (Nasdaq/GS:MRTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2019. This is Marten’s 38th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. With the payment of this dividend, Marten will have paid a total of $85.9 million in cash dividends, including special dividends totaling $52.1 million in 2019 and 2012, since the dividend program was implemented in the third quarter of 2010.
