Martelan lomautuksia koskevat yhteistoimintaneuvottelut ovat päättyneet. Neuvottelut koskivat koko Martela-konsernin Suomen henkilöstöä. Lomautustarve ja kesto voivat vaihdella toiminnoittain ja alueittain liiketoimitatarpeet huomioiden. Lomautuksia voidaan toteuttaa kesäkuun 2021 loppuun saakka markkinatilanteen sitä edellyttäessä.Yhteistoimintaneuvotteluiden perusteena oli koronaviruspandemian aiheuttama poikkeustila, pitkään epävarmana jatkunut markkinatilanne sekä näistä tekijöistä johtuva tarve varautua negatiivisten vaikutusten mahdolliseen laajentumiseen liiketoiminnassa.Martela-konsernin palveluksessa Suomessa on noin 380 työntekijää.Martela OyjMatti Rantaniemi
