Framboðsfrestur til stjórnar Marel hf. rann út kl. 16:00 þann 13. mars 2020. Aðalfundur félagsins verður haldinn miðvikudaginn 18. mars kl. 16:00 með rafrænum hætti sem og í höfuðstöðvum félagsins að Austurhrauni 9, Garðabæ.Í ljósi samkomubanns vegna COVID-19, og alvarlegs alþjóðlegs ástands, eru hluthafar og umboðsmenn þeirra eindregið hvattir til rafrænnar þátttöku í fundinum fremur en að mæta á fundarstað. Eftirtaldir sjö aðilar gefa kost á sér til setu í stjórn Marel:Ann Elizabeth Savage, Spalding, Englandi
