(Nasdaq:MARA) (“Marathon” or “Company”) today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $20.0 per share in the offering. The gross proceeds to the Company were $250.0 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
H.C.
