LAS VEGAS, May 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq: LIVE), a diversified holding company, announced financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2020, which ended March 31, 2020.  The company reported quarterly revenue of $46.4 million and basic EPS of $1.30, representing an increase of 420% as compared to the same quarter last year. The company also reported an increase in operating income of 50% to $3.0 million as compared to the same period of fiscal 2019. During the quarter, the Company repurchased a total of 64,868 shares of its common stock.
The company reported total assets of $158.5 million and total liabilities of $121.9 million, respectively, as of March 31, 2020.
