Lepingu sõlmimine (Sepise 8 parkimismaja)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis lepingu Öpiku Majad OÜ-ga parkimismaja II ehitusetapi projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks Ülemiste City linnakusse aadressile Sepise 8. Rajatav parkimismaja tuleb ühe maa-aluse ja viie maapealse korrusega ja selles saab olema 453 parkimiskohta.Lepingu maksumus on  3,5 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Parkimismaja II etapp  valmib 2020. aasta oktoobris.Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2018. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 223 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 690 inimesele.
