Kuke Music Holding Limited to Hold Annual General Meeting and Class Meeting on September 20, 2024

Beijing, China, Aug. 21, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kuke Music Holding Limited (“Kuke” or the “Company”) (NYSE: KUKE), a leading classical music service platform in China, today published a notice to announce that it will hold an annual general meeting (the “AGM”) of shareholders (the “AGM Notice”) at 10:30 a.m., Beijing time, on September 20, 2024 at Room 303, Beijing Broadcasting Tower, No. Jia 14, Jianwaidajie, Chaoyang District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China (or after the Class B Meeting, as defined below, whichever is later), for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice. The AGM Notice and form of proxy for the AGM are available on the Company’s website at https://ir.kuke.com/, as well as on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov.

The Company will hold a class meeting of holders of Class B ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.001 each (the “Class B Meeting”) for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolution set forth in the notice of the Class B Meeting. The Class B Meeting will be held at the same venue and on the same date as the AGM, at 10:00 a.m., Beijing time. The notice of and form of proxy for the Class B Meeting are available on the Company’s website at https://ir.kuke.com/, as well as on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov.

Holders of record of the Company’s ordinary shares at the close of business on August 26, 2024 (Eastern Time) are entitled to attend, and to vote at, the AGM and any adjournment thereof, and, as applicable, the Class B Meeting. Holders of record of the Company’s American depositary shares (the “ADSs”) at the close of business on August 26, 2024 (Eastern Time) who wish to exercise their voting rights for the underlying ordinary shares must give voting instructions to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the depositary of the Company’s ADS program.
