På vegne av Sbanken ASA har DNB Markets den 2. mars 2020 kjøpt *300 aksjer til bruk i Sbankens aksjekjøpsprogram for ansatte og ledelsen.Aksjene er kjøpt til gjennomsnittskurs 64,7000 kroner per aksje.Før viderefordeling til ansatte og ledelsen har Sbanken 143 700 egne aksjer.Tildelingen av totalt 261 204 aksjer ble foretatt i dag, 2. mars 2020, til en bruttopris per aksje på 64,8214 kroner. Aksjekjøpsprogrammene inkluderer en aksjekursrabatt på 20 prosent og har tre års bindingstid. På samme tid har medlemmer av ledelsen solgt 117 504 aksjer til en pris på 64,8214.
