Korjaus arvioon Ruotsin tytäryhtiön kirjanpidollisesta myyntivoitosta

EEZY OYJ  —  PÖRSSITIEDOTE  —  25.2.2021 KLO 14.00Korjaus arvioon Ruotsin tytäryhtiön kirjanpidollisesta myyntivoitostaEezy tiedotti joulukuussa 2020, että se myy Ruotsin tytäryhtiönsä VMP-Group Sweden AB:n. Kauppa toteutui tammikuussa 2021.Laadittaessa lopullista laskelmaa myynnin kirjanpidollisesta vaikutuksesta on havaittu virhe myyntivoiton alustavan arvion laskennassa. Aiempien arvioiden 1,5-1,7 miljoonan euron asemesta myyntivoitoksi konsernituloslaskelmassa muodostuu noin 0,1 miljoonaa euroa. Tämän lisäksi tuloslaskelmaan kirjautuu noin 0,2 miljoona euroa kuluja.Alkuperäinen arvio siitä, että yrityskaupalla ei arvioida olevan merkittävää vaikutusta Eezyn taseeseen tai tulevaan tuloskehitykseen pitää edelleen paikkansa.
