Offentliggörande av prospekt
Klövern AB (publ) (”Klövern” eller ”Bolaget”) offentliggjorde den 13 november 2020 att den extra bolagsstämman godkänt styrelsens beslut från den 6 oktober 2020 om en fullt garanterad nyemission om cirka 2 miljarder kronor med företrädesrätt för befintliga stamaktieägare (”Företrädesemissionen”). Den 10 november 2020 offentliggjorde Bolaget villkoren för Företrädesemissionen. Prospektet avseende Företrädesemissionen har idag godkänts och registrerats av Finansinspektionen. Prospektet finns tillgängligt på Bolagets webbplats, www.klovern.se samt på Swedbanks webbplats www.swedbank.se.
