Keskisuomalainen Oyj:n yhteistoimintaneuvottelut ovat päättyneetKeskisuomalainen Oyj, Sisäpiiritieto, 3.4.2020 klo 16.15Keskisuomalainen Oyj:ssä 30.3.2020 käynnistetyt yt-neuvottelut, jotka koskivat konsernin koko henkilöstön lomautuksia, ovat päättyneet seuraavien yhtiöiden osalta: ESV-Paikallismediat Oy, Etelä-Suomen Media Oy, Kaakon Viestintä Oy, Kamua Oy, Keskisuomalainen Oyj, Keski-Suomen Media Oy, Lehtisepät Oy, Mediasepät Oy, Mediatalo ESA Oy, Painotalo Plus Digital Oy , Savon Jakelu Oy , Savon Media Oy, Väli-Suomen Media Oy ja Omnipress Oy. Yt-neuvottelut aloitettiin koronavirusepidemian aiheuttamasta liiketoimintaympäristön äkillisestä muutoksesta johtuen. Päättyneet neuvottelut koskivat kaikkiaan noin 2000 henkilöä.Yhteistoimintaneuvotteluiden tuloksena konsernin henkilöstö lomautetaan enintään 90 päiväksi vuoden 2020 loppuun mennessä. Tässä vaiheessa suunnitellut lomautukset ajoittuvat huhtikuun ja heinäkuun väliselle ajalle. Lomautukset toteutetaan toimintojen ja kehitystyön jatkuvuus sekä työtehtävien kriittisyys huomioiden.Lomautukset ovat osa laajempaa säästöohjelmaa, jolla pyritään puskuroimaan koronavirusepidemian mukanaan tuomia vaikutuksia yhtiön liiketoimintaan.
