Keskisuomalainen Oyj:n osakemäärien muutoksetKeskisuomalainen Oyj pörssitiedote 13.12.2019 klo 10.30Keskisuomalainen Oyj:n K-osakkeita on muunnettu A-osakkeiksi kolmen muuntovaatimuksen perusteella 9 956 kappaletta. Nämä osakkeet on merkitty kaupparekisteriin 13.12.2019. Kaupankäynti näillä osakkeilla alkaa 16.12.2019.
Osakkeet jakaantuvat muunnon jälkeen seuraavasti:K-osakkeita 4 936 681 kappaletta ja 98 733 620 ääntäA-osakkeita 5 800 022 kappaletta ja 5 800 022 ääntä
Muunto ei vaikuta osakkeiden kokonaismäärään, joka on 10 736 703 kappaletta eikä osakepääoman määrään, joka on 2 257 283,80 euroa. Osakkeiden kokonaisäänimäärä on 104 533 642 ääntä.
