COMMUNIQUÉ DE MISE À DISPOSITION
DU DOCUMENT D’ENREGISTREMENT UNIVERSEL 2020

Le Document d’enregistrement universel 2020 a été déposé auprès de l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) le jeudi 25 mars 2021, sous le numéro D.21-0189. Il est tenu à la disposition du public dans les conditions prévues par la réglementation en vigueur et peut être consulté sur le site internet de Kering : www.kering.com (rubrique Finance Information réglementée).

Ce Document d’enregistrement universel comprend notamment le rapport financier annuel, le rapport du Conseil d’administration sur le gouvernement d’entreprise, les procédures de contrôle interne et de gestion des risques mises en place par la Société, les informations relatives aux honoraires des contrôleurs légaux des comptes ainsi que les rapports des Commissaires aux comptes.
