5.5.2020 klo 12.30Kemira Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt osingon ensimmäisen erän, 0,28 euroa osakkeelta, maksamisestaKemira Oyj:n hallitus on tänään varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 2020 sille antaman valtuutuksen perusteella päättänyt osingonmaksun ensimmäisen erän, joka on 0,28 euroa osakkeelta. Osingon ensimmäinen erä maksetaan osakkeenomistajille, jotka ovat täsmäytyspäivänä 7.5.2020 merkittyinä Euroclear Oyj:n pitämään osakasluetteloon. Osingon maksupäiväksi vahvistettiin 14.5.2020.Kemiran yhtiökokous valtuutti hallituksen päättämään harkintansa mukaan enintään 0,56 euroa osakkeelta maksettavasta osingosta. Valtuutusta käytetään osingon maksamiseen kahdessa erässä valtuutuksen voimassaoloaikana, ellei hallitus perustellusta syystä päätä toisin. Osingonmaksua koskeva valtuutus on voimassa seuraavan varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen päättymiseen saakka.Toisen erän alustava täsmäytyspäivä on 29.10.2020 ja alustava maksupäivä 5.11.2020.
