2.12.2019Kauko on ollut vuodesta 1988 lähtien Panasonic-ilmalämpöpumppujen jakelija Suomessa. Muualla Euroopassa Panasonic on järjestänyt jakelun suoraan omalla organisaatiollaan, ja nyt julkistetun liiketoimintakaupan myötä Panasonicin oma jakelutoiminta kattaa koko Euroopan.”Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä liiketoimintakauppaan. Uskomme, että tänään julkistetulla järjestelyllä voidaan varmistaa asiakkaiden, jälleenmyyjien, Kaukon henkilökunnan sekä Panasonicin toiveet jakelun osalta. Tämä on hyvä ja looginen järjestely myös Aspon näkökulmasta. Kauko voi nyt entistäkin paremmin keskittyä ydinliiketoimintoihinsa”, sanoo Aspo Oyj:n toimitusjohtaja ja Kauko Oy:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja Aki Ojanen.Kaukon ja Panasonicin yli 50 vuotta kestänyt yhteistyö jatkuu liiketoimintakaupan jälkeenkin vahvana. Kauko jatkaa yhä Panasonicin muiden b-to-b-tuotteiden ja -ratkaisujen jakelijana Suomessa.
