Karolinska Developments extra bolagsstämma 2021

STOCKHOLM, SVERIGE – 19 februari 2021. Karolinska Development AB (publ) (”Karolinska Development” eller ”Bolaget”) höll den 19 februari 2021 extra bolagsstämma. Med anledning av den fortsatta spridningen av coronaviruset och myndigheternas föreskrifter/råd om undvikande av sammankomster genomfördes den extra bolagsstämman endast genom poströstning och således utan fysisk närvaro av aktieägare, ombud eller utomstående. Vid den extra bolagsstämman beslutade aktieägarna följande:
