Karl Guha kondigt vertrek aan bij Van Lanschot Kempen tegen het einde van 2021

Van Lanschot Kempen maakt bekend dat Karl Guha heeft besloten om tegen het einde van 2021 zijn functies als Voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur en Executive Board van Van Lanschot Kempen neer te leggen.Karl Guha: ‘Na acht intensieve jaren, vind ik dat het tijd wordt voor een nieuwe generatie om richting te gaan geven aan deze prachtige organisatie. Vanaf 2013 zijn we samen begonnen Van Lanschot Kempen te veranderen in een goed gekapitaliseerde wealth manager, met een duidelijke purpose en een visie op de toekomst. Onze transformatie is bijna compleet; we zijn nu een leidende, volledig geïntegreerde wealth manager met een sterke kapitaalbasis. Dit is zowel voor mij als de organisatie een goed moment om ruimte te maken voor een nieuwe bestuursvoorzitter.’Frans Blom, Voorzitter Raad van Commissarissen, voegt toe: ‘We respecteren de beslissing van Karl en zijn hem enorm dankbaar voor zijn bijdrage, maar het is nog te vroeg voor afscheid.
