Kapitalforhøjelse ved udstedelse af aktier

Som nævnt i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 16/2020 tidligere i dag, er der foretaget endelig closing af købet af AISM Srl.
Det følger af overdragelsesaftalen, at aktierne i AISM Srl. skal betales dels med 1.198.500 aktier à 10 kr. i FirstFarms A/S, dels med et tilgodehavende svarende til værdien af 50.000 aktier à 10 kr., der betales i henhold til aftalen, hvis betingelserne herfor er opfyldt.I den forbindelse udstedes nye aktier i FirstFarms A/S, således der udstedes 1.198.500 aktier à 10 kr., svarende til en kapitalforhøjelse på 11.985.000 kr. Aktierne udstedes til kurs 60.De nye aktier udstedes til AIC A/S, der er nærtstående til bestyrelsesmedlem Bendt Wedell, idet Bendt Wedell ejer 100% af Wefri A/S, der ejer 52% af AIC A/S.Bendt Wedell får dermed ved denne aktieudstedelse indirekte ejerskab af 623.220 aktier à 10 kr.Med venlig hilsen,
