København, Oct. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bestyrelsen i BI Erhvervsejendomme A/S (”Selskabet”) har i dag – i overensstemmelse med generalforsamlingsbemyndigelsen i pkt. 5.1 i Selskabets vedtægter, hvorefter bestyrelsen er bemyndiget til ad en eller flere gange at forhøje Selskabets aktiekapital uden fortegningsret for de eksisterende aktionærer – besluttet at forhøje Selskabets kapital. Kapitalen forhøjes med op til nominelt DKK 773.100.000 ved emission af 7.731.000 stk. nye aktier à nominelt DKK 100 i en rettet emission uden fortegningsret for de eksisterende aktionærer. Tegningskursen udgør 213,30 pr. aktie à nominelt DKK 100.Inden kapitalforhøjelsen udgjorde den registrerede selskabskapital nominelt DKK 1.673.500.000 fordelt på 16.735.000 aktier à nominelt DKK 100. Efter kapitalforhøjelsen vil den registrerede selskabskapital, såfremt der sker fuld tegning og indbetaling, udgøre nominelt DKK 2.446.600.000 fordelt på 24.466.000 aktier à nominelt DKK 100.
