Mandag den 23. marts 2020 var der en passiv overskridelse af bestyrelsens investeringsinstruks for alfa-eksponeringen i følgende afdeling.Kapitalforeningen Formuepleje Penta, afd. Formuepleje Penta KLOverskridelserne skyldes de usædvanlige markedsforhold, hvor markante fald i markedet medførte en forøget eksponering mod alfa-strategien.Overskridelserne blev konstateret ved den daglige kontrol af foreningernes investeringsinstrukser, hvorefter eksponeringen straks blev nedbragt. Der var ingen andre overskridelser i foreningerne, og ingen investorer har lidt tab herved.Eventuelle henvendelser vedrørende denne meddelelse kan rettes til direktør Søren Astrup på tlf.
