Salget af Jyske Bank (Gibraltar) Limited til Rooke Investments Limited blev i slutningen af marts myndighedsgodkendt og blev gennemført den 3. april 2020. Salgsprisen tager afsæt i de indregnede værdier af Jyske Bank (Gibraltar) i Jyske Banks årsrapport 2019, hvor der er opgjort en egenkapital på 686 mio. kr. Jyske Bank (Gibraltar) havde desuden udlån på 1,4 mia. kr., indlån på 4,0 mia. kr. samt 81 fuldtidsansatte ved udgangen af 2019. Handlen indebærer, at Jyske Bank beholder og udlejer bankejendommen på Gibraltar samt nogle medarbejderejendomme i Spanien, i alt bogført til godt 100 mio. kr.
