Juridinių asmenų registre įregistruoti dėl įstatinio kapitalo dydžio ir akcijos nominalios vertės pakeisti AB „Snaigė” įstatai

Vykdant 2018 m. sausio 29 d. Lietuvos banko sprendimo Nr. 241-19 „Dėl poveikio priemonės taikymo AB „Snaigė“ nurodymus, 2020 m. rugpjūčio 19 d. Juridinių asmenų registre įregistruoti AB “Snaigė” (toliau – Bendrovė) pakeisti įstatai. Bendrovės įstatinis kapitalas sumažintas EUR 3 566 015,55, šią sumą pervedant į perkainojimo rezervą.
Bendrovės įstatinis kapitalas po pakeitimų yra EUR 6 735 807,15 (šeši milijonai septyni šimtai trisdešimt penki tūkstančiai aštuoni šimtai septyni eurai ir 15 euro centų), Bendrovės vienos akcijos nominali vertė EUR 0,17. Bendrovės akcijų skaičius nesikeitė ir yra 39 622 395 vnt.Šis įstatinio kapitalo pokytis neįtakoja Bendrovės finansinių rezultatų bei mokumo.Pridedama: 2020 m. rugpjūčio 19 d.
