Mifflintown, PA, Oct. 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —Juniata Valley Financial Corp. (OTC Pink: JUVF) (“Juniata”), announced net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 of $1.6 million, compared to net income of $1.1 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, were $0.32 during the three months ended September 30, 2020 compared to $0.21 during the three months ended September 30, 2019. For the nine months ended September 30, 2020, net income was $4.2 million compared to net income of $4.4 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2019. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, during the nine months ended September 30, 2020 were $0.83 compared to basic and diluted earnings per share of $0.85 during the corresponding 2019 period.President’s Message
