West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL – A recognized leader in the financial services industry, Jack began his professional career in 1981 with The Guardian Life Insurance Company. In his first year with The Guardian, Jack was named “Rookie of the Year”. Heis a current member of the “Top of the Table”, a 31 time qualifier of Guardian’s prestigious President’s Council, and a 22 year Guardian Centurion Club Member. Jack is currently a Senior Sales Consultant and is a member of the Newark Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors; the Monmouth County, New Jersey Society of Financial Service Professionals, has been a 28 time member of The Guardian’s “Executive Committee”, and is currently serving as the Second Vice President of the 2018-19 Executive Committee. In 1995, Jack was elected by his peers as President of the 1995 – 1996 Executive Committee of The Guardian’s Leaders Club, the highest honor bestowed upon a field force member. His career has helped secure over $1 billion of security for thousands of businesses and individuals. Jack has been featured in various publications nationwide and has been a featured speaker domestically and internationally.

Since 1987, Jack’s firm, Howley Financial Group, LLC of Rumson, New Jersey has specialized in life insurance, wealth creation and retirement planning. Jack’s unique macroecomic approach in assisting his clients, as well as his devotion to the insurance industry, has enabled him to develop over 3,000 clients during his career. Over the past several decades, Jack has created a highly successful business career, as well as unwavering admiration for his strong leadership to philanthropy and community outreach.

Jack resides in Rumson, NJ with his wife, Iwona, and their three daughters, Alexandria, Brielle and Courtney. Jack serves on the Board of Trustees for the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation, is a supporter and board member of The Rumson-Fair Haven Run, serves as a board member of the legendary Rumson St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, and was the 2016 Grand Marshall of the parade, served on the board of trustees of The Jay Dooley Foundation, The Randy Foye Foundation, the Monmouth County Girl Scouts, was the President and a founding member of the Courtside Club at Rumson-Fair Haven High School, and is also involved in various other non-profit organizations in the community. He currently serves on the board of trustees of the Charles Edison Fund and The Edison Innovation Foundation. Jack was recently awarded “The Founders Medal” by his Alma Mater, Bergen Catholic, at their annual gala for his longtime support of the school in a number of ways, including providing scholarships to students who are academically qualified but financially disadvantaged. Jack also serves as a mentor to many local students by providing career counseling, helping to place them in summer internships, and upon college graduation, assists them in gaining full time employment. He is an avid runner and a long time fan of the “The Fighting Irish” of Notre Dame.
