Íþaka fasteignir ehf. hefur lokið sölu á skuldabréfum í skuldabréfaflokknum ITHAKA 300834.

ITHAKA 300834 er verðtryggður flokkur með lokagjalddaga 30. ágúst 2034. Endurgreiðsluferli höfuðstóls fylgir 30 ára jafngreiðsluferli (e. annuity) og fara greiðslur fram mánaðarlega en eftirstöðvar greiðast að fullu á lokagjalddaga 30. ágúst 2034. Seld voru skuldabréf að nafnverði 3.500 milljónir króna á ávöxtunarkröfunni 4,16%. Heildareftirspurn nam 4.280 milljónum króna á bilinu 3,99-4,39%.

Stefnt er að uppgjöri viðskiptanna fimmtudaginn 16. janúar 2025 og í framhaldinu verður óskað eftir því að nýju bréfin verði tekin til viðskipta á Aðalmarkaði Nasdaq Iceland.

Íslandsbanki hafði umsjón með útgáfu og sölu skuldabréfanna sem og töku þeirra til viðskipta á Aðalmarkaði Nasdaq Iceland.
