COMUNICATO STAMPA 5 AGOSTO 2020Italeaf: aggiornamento del calendario eventi societari, rinvio approvazione report finanziariItaleaf SpA, holding di partecipazione, comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato di rinviare a una data da determinare in una successiva riunione l’approvazione del progetto di bilancio di esercizio e del bilancio consolidato relativi al 2019, nonché della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2020.
La decisione è stata assunta in ragione:della deliberazione assunta in data 4 agosto 2020 dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della controllata algoWatt S.p.A. (già TerniEnergia), principale asset della holding, di rinviare l’approvazione del proprio progetto di bilancio di esercizio e del bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2019 e della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno a data da determinare con successiva riunione del CDA entro l’ultima decade del mese di ottobre 2020;della volontà del management del Gruppo, coadiuvato dal proprio Advisor finanziario, di verificare gli impatti dell’emergenza COVID-19 sul processo di aggiornamento e finalizzazione del Piano di Risanamento e Rilancio già annunciato e sul relativo Accordo Finanziario.Il presente comunicato stampa è disponibile anche sul sito internet della Società: www.italeaf.com.
