Įregistruota nauja „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ įstatų redakcija

2021 m. sausio 6 d. „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau – „Bendrovė“) gavo informaciją, kad 2020 m. gruodžio 31 d. Juridinių asmenų registre buvo įregistruota Bendrovės nauja įstatų redakcija. Ji buvo patvirtinta 2020 m. balandžio 9 d. vykusiame Bendrovės akcininkų susirinkime. Įstatų pakeitimai atlikti siekiant padidinti didžiausio Bendrovės veikloje leistino skolinto kapitalo lygio ribą iki nustatytos LR kolektyvinio investavimo subjektų įstatyme.Vadovaujantis teisės aktų nuostatomis, įregistruoti įstatai bus pateikti Lietuvos banko Finansų rinkos Priežiūros tarnybai, kad būtų gautas leidimas Bendrovės steigimo dokumentų pakeitimui.Asmuo, įgaliotas suteikti papildomą informaciją:
