Investors House -konserniin kuuluva OVV-ketju vuokrasi lokakuussa yhteensä 339 asuntoa, mikä on kaksi prosenttia enemmän kuin edellisvuoden vastaavan ajankohdan 331 asuntoa. Kumulatiivisesti 1-10/2020 OVV-ketjun vuokraamien asuntojen määrä 3855 asuntoa vastaa edellisvuoden 3840 asunnon tasoa.”Toistan lokakuisen arvion siitä, että vuosien 2015–2019 voimakas asuntorakentaminen on johtanut vuokra-asuntojen ylitarjontaan useissa maakuntakeskuksissa, joissa voidaan todeta olevan tällä hetkellä vuokralaisen markkinat.
