Investeringsforeningen Investin har i dag afholdt ordinær generalforsamling i henhold til tidligere offentliggjort dagsorden.Ledelsens beretning og årsrapporten for 2019 blev godkendt af generalforsamlingen, idet det blev oplyst at henset til udbruddet af coronapandemien var det nu ikke muligt at angive en forventning til udviklingen i 2020. I forbindelse med godkendelsen af årsrapporten godkendtes udlodninger udbetalt i januar 2020 samt bestyrelsens honorar.Bestyrelsen havde fremsat forslag om afvikling af afdeling K Invest Globale Aktier III. Forslaget blev vedtaget, hvorefter der indledes afvikling af afdelingen i henhold til bestemmelser i lov om investeringsforeninger mv. om forenklet afvikling.Til bestyrelsen genvalgtes Jesper Lau Hansen, Kim Høibye, Henrik Vincents Johansen samt direktør Tine Roed, der herefter består afJesper Lau Hansen,
