Intervest réalise une extension sur le site logistique existant à Merchtem.

Début septembre le locataire ZEB disposera pour ses activités de distribution automatisée d’une surface deux fois plus grande sur le site existant.
Dans le zoning industriel Preenakker à Merchtem les travaux ont débuté pour une extension built-to-suit qui sera contiguë à l’entrepôt actuel du locataire ZEB, multibrand fashion store. Le site logistique existant de largement 7.000 m² deviendra suite à l’extension un entrepôt de distribution de plus de 14.000 m² avec une mezzanine d’environ 1.000 m² qui hébergera, entre autres, un propre studio photo. L’investissement total d’Intervest relatif à l’extension s’élève à environ € 6,5 millions.
