Interfor Announces Additional Long Term Debt Financing

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — INTERFOR CORPORATION (“Interfor” or the “Company”) (TSX: IFP) today announced it has priced US$50 million in long-term debt financing with Prudential Capital Group, which is in addition to the US$50 million that was previously announced on February 18, 2020, for a total of US$100 million. The additional senior secured notes will carry an annual interest rate of 3.25% and have a final maturity in 2030. The financing is expected to close during March and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
