Indstilling om udbytte vedrørende 2019Som meddelt i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 6 af 19. marts 2020 valgte Spar Nord i forlængelse af den politiske beslutning om at indføre et forsamlingsforbud og den efterfølgende bekendtgørelse om udsættelse af fristen for indsendelse af årsrapporter for 2019 at aflyse den ordinære generalforsamling, der var indkaldt til 31. marts 2020.Der vil blive indkaldt en ny ordinær generalforsamling, når situationen tillader det.På sit møde i dag har Spar Nords bestyrelse besluttet, at det vil blive indstillet til denne kommende generalforsamling, at der ikke udbetales udbytte vedrørende regnskabsåret 2019. Bestyrelsen havde tidligere foreslået et udbytte vedrørende 2019 på 3,50 kr. pr. aktie svarende til 41 % af årets nettoresultat.Med sin nye indstilling bakker Spar Nords bestyrelse op om de politiske hensigter om at sikre en hensigtsmæssig afbødning af COVID-19 pandemien og de samfundsøkonomiske konsekvenser af denne.Indstillingen ændrer ikke på Spar Nords generelle udbyttepolitik, som fortsat lyder:”Det er Spar Nords mål at skabe et konkurrencedygtigt afkast til aktionærerne – i form af kursudvikling og udbytte. Spar Nord har til hensigt at udlodde 30-50 % af årets nettoresultat i ordinært udbytte under hensyntagen til, at bankens kapitalmålsætninger er indfriet.
