Indkaldelse til ekstraordinær generalforsamling i SKAKO A/SSKAKO A/S indkalder til ekstraordinær generalforsamling i selskabet til afholdelse fredag den 8. januar 2021, kl. 15.00 på selskabets adresse.Indkaldelsen er sket jf. selskabets vedtægter § 7 og er tilgængelig på selskabets hjemmeside.Anmodning om ikke at møde op på generalforsamlingenSelskabet tager udbredelsen af Covid-19 meget alvorligt og ønsker at efterleve de danske myndigheders krav og tiltag fastsat af hensyn til befolkningens sikkerhed.
