Indkaldelse til delvis elektronisk generalforsamling 19. april kl 16:00 hos FastPassCorp

På grund af uvisheden om COVID-19 begrænsninger på antal af mødedeltagere afholdes generalforsamlingen som delvis elektronisk generalforsamling. Selskabet beder alle, der ønsker at deltage, om at anvende muligheden for at deltage via den elektroniske adgang for at mindske risikoen for smittespredning.

Dagsordenen indeholder 4 afstemninger: 2), 4), 5) og 6). Da det vil ikke være muligt at stemme via den delvise elektroniske deltagelse, anmoder vi alle om at benytte muligheden for at fremsende brevstemmer eller afgive fuldmagter til selskabets formand eller direktør senest den 16. april kl 12.
