Indfrielse af hybrid kernekapital

 Jutlander Bank A/S indgik i 2014 låneaftaler om hybrid kernekapital for i alt nom. 66.345.000 kr. hos tre af bankens ejerfonde. Låneaftalerne er uden fastsat løbetid, men kan fra bankens side – efter forudgående tilladelse fra Finanstilsynet – indfries efter 5 år fra udstedelsen til kurs 100. Som led i bankens løbende kapitalplanlægning har banken søgt og opnået Finanstilsynets tilladelse til at indfri den hybride kernekapital. Indfrielsen vil blive gennemført den 30. juni 2020. Indfrielsen vil alt andet lige betyde, at bankens kapitalprocent, der pr. 31. marts 2020 udgør 20,7, reduceres med 0,5 procentpoint til 20,2. Målt i forhold til bankens NEP-krav på 13,4 pct. vil der være en overdækning på 6,8 procentpoint svarende til 934 mio. kr. Banken vil således fortsat have solide kapitalforhold efter indfrielsen af den hybride kernekapital. Indfrielsen ændrer ikke ved bankens forventninger om, at resultatet før skat for 2020 vil ligge i niveauet 175-225 mio. kr.
