Tulosjulkistamisajankohdat    19.12.2019 klo 14.00 (EET)INCAPIN TALOUSTIEDOTTAMISEN AIKATAULU VUONNA 2020Incap Oyj julkaisee vuonna 2020 seuraavat taloudelliset raportit:
– tilinpäätöstiedote vuodelta 2019 keskiviikkona 26.2.2020
– vuosikertomus vuodelta 2019 viikolla 13/2020 (23.3.2019 alkavalla viikolla)
– liiketoimintakatsaus tammi-maaliskuulta 2020 tiistaina 12.5.2020
– puolivuosikatsaus tammi-kesäkuulta 2020 keskiviikkona 26.8.2020
– liiketoimintakatsaus tammi-syyskuulta 2020 keskiviikkona 25.11.2020.Vuosikertomus sisältää hallituksen toimintakertomuksen, konsernin ja emoyhtiön tilinpäätöksen sekä tilintarkastuskertomuksen tilikaudelta 1.1.-31.12.2019. Samalla yhtiö julkaisee selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkka- ja palkkioselvityksen.
Incapin varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi maanantaina 20.4.2020 Helsingissä. Osakkeenomistajalla on oikeus saada yhtiökokoukselle osakeyhtiölain mukaan kuuluva asia yhtiökokouksen käsiteltäväksi ja tätä koskeva mahdollinen pyyntö tulee toimittaa yhtiölle 30.1.2020 mennessä osoitteeseen Incap Oyj/Hallitus, Bulevardi 21, 00180 Helsinki tai sähköpostilla communications@incapcorp.com.Kaikki taloudellinen informaatio julkaistaan suomeksi ja englanniksi.
