Inbank ASInbanki ja Mokilizingase ühinemine viidi lõpuleInbank AS-i ja Mokilizingas AB ühinemistehing on käesolevaga lõpule viidud. Sellega saab Inbankist Mokilizingas AB seaduslik õigusjärglane. Kõik Mokilizingase varad, õigused ja kohustused lähevad üle Inbanki Leedu filiaalile alates 31.12.2019, mil ühinemine registreeriti Eesti äriregistris. Inbank jätkab Leedus tegevust AS Inbank filialas ärinime all.Ühinemine on kontsernisisene ning selle käigus ei muutu Inbanki varade hulk, sisu ega olemus. Ühinenud äriühingute majandustulemused on konsolideeritud Inbanki tasandil ja tehtud kättesaadavaks kõigile Inbanki investoritele Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi infosüsteemi kaudu. Ühinemise eesmärgiks on lihtsustada ja ühtlustada kontserni juriidilist struktuuri ning luua kulutõhusam juhtimissüsteem.Inbank on tarbimisfinantseerimisele keskendunud digitaalne pank, mis tegutseb Balti riikides ja Poolas ning kaasab hoiuseid ka Saksamaal, Austrias ja Hollandis. Inbankil on enam kui 1750 aktiivset koostööpartnerit ja 550 000 aktiivset kliendilepingut. Inbanki võlakirjad on noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna börsi Balti võlakirjade nimekirjas.
